| The possible combinations of designs are virtually limitless but we have presented a number of examples below. All of these examples could be printed on ink jet or dye sublimation printers either on the day or back at your studio. Or they can be printed back in our lab on photographic paper - this is in fact how we produce proof cards. So once again your proof cards can be of any design you choose and can even be specific to any one job. There is really no need to even tell us you have changed your design it is automatically sent to us in the event database. | ||
| Single Sided One Up | ||
These two order forms have only a single proof image on them and all the pack information and order details are presented on one side. The reverse side could be pre-printed with advertising information for you studio.   |

Have multiple images on each order form, running the images down the page or across the page.

Order form layouts can also be created for group events and even combined group and portrait events.  |

| Proof Plan | ||
| Whilst ProofLayout is really targeted at printing the proof order form on the day, we actually use exactly the same approach to print proof cards back in the lab. So you can design as many different proof card layouts as you like and it is no problem for us to print your proof cards using those layouts. For example you might like to have photographs of each school as backgrounds for the proof cards. Back in the lab we actually use ProofStation to print the proof cards except, instead of printing them to an ink jet or dye sublimation printer, we print direct to our main photographic printer. So you have all the flexibility of controlling how your proof cards will look, whilst still getting the full photographic print quality. |

| Pre-printing and Printing on the day | ||
Below is an sample of our typical three up proof order form, showing the parts that are
typically pre-printed and then the final result after printing on the day. Whilst the
order side can be completely printed on the day, which will give better alignment of the
data in the boxes, it does tend to slow the printing down and so we generally pre-print both sides.
This can be done very economically in bulk with a conventional commercial printer (ensuring
they use suitable ink jet paper for your later overprinting).

| Proof Cards | ||
We actually use exactly the same mechanism to generate proof cards in house,
though obviously we are printing the proof cards to photographic paper.
This gives you equal control and freedom over the design of your proof cards,
should you choose to go down that route.
