Our aim is to give you the full professional photo lab service you would expect and a completely free integrated suite of programs allowing you to compete effectively with the big school photography companies.

	Benefits of our Flexible Service
	Minimum Administration - relieving you and school of all the administration. Dispatch direct to the parents. More... On-line ordering - Take orders direct by post or on-line (the school does not have to collect orders). Note that no children's images are normally made available on-line. More... Transparent reporting - monthly spreadsheet report of all your orders broken down by event. Proof On the Day - design your own order forms which will have the image and ordering details printed on them on the day. More... Proof Plan - traditional photographic proof cards using your own design at the lowest price ever. More... Multiple Poses - any number of poses can be quickly taken of each student, giving the parents the best possible choice (we generally find three works best). All the poses can be printed on a single order form saving you paper and printer ink costs. Choice - an extremely flexible choice of packs and products. You can design your own packs from any combination of our wide range of products. More... School Database - you can generate small copies of each image taken that can be burnt to a CD and handed to the school at the end of the day before you leave. These images are compatible with school databases such as SIMS. More... Late Order Fees - we do not charge any extra for orders coming in late, even several years late! We keep all your old events in easily accessible archives and can service orders from any event even if it is several years old.

	Full Service - you take the photographs we do the rest! We handle all the orders and dispatch them direct to the customer. More... Data Entry and Return - we process all the orders and dispatch the prints to you or direct to the school in one single delivery. More... Return Only - you process the orders (with our easy to use OrderGen program) and we dispatch the prints to you or direct to the school in one single delivery. More... Custom - Maybe you would like to use the Return only service for most of the orders but also want to make our on-line ordering available to your customers. We will adapt to your needs. More...

	Minimum Administration
	Our software systems have been designed and implemented in house to minimise the administrative headaches associated with schools photography. Our proof on the day system generates proof order forms as the photographs are taken, for immediate hand out to the students or parents. The parents can order direct from us by post or on-line. We dispatch the final prints direct to the parents, with no additional charge for postage. 	Social as well!
	We like to think of all our client photographers as friends and colleagues not just customers and to that end we invite all of them to an open day and Christmas do down at our lab, usually in the beginning of December... "Just wanted to say thanks to the Parker Franklin gang for the great 'Christmas Do' yesterday. It was good to see their new lab and meet up with some SPP members. In the evening we had a nice meal, lots of beer and wine and a lot of informal chat." 	Maintain your own Branding
	Design your own order forms and/or proof cards. You control the layout and everything you want to have displayed with our ProofLayout software. Our on-line ordering pages make no mention of Parker Franklin - the web site is www.ordermyphotos.co.uk and after an order reference has been entered it automatically knows which client photographer the order is for and displays your own logo on that page. Choose what mounts you want your prints presented in or even provide your own (we will discount the mount price from your orders).

	Free Software
	One of the big problems for independent schools photographers is getting the maximum benefit from modern digital photography. This requires software and, unless you happen to be skilled in programming, software generally costs money! Typically there is no integration between the various programs that you may have already sourced and used, and probably no integration with the systems of your chosen lab. Whilst some labs do offer software that integrates with their systems, there is usually an annual licence fee to be paid. Parker Franklin strongly believe that providing a fully integrated suite of software to our client photographers helps both them and us work effectively and so we choose to provide that software completely free.
