Schools Photography Service

The Parker Franklin suite of dedicated schools photography software is designed to make your school's administrative overhead of managing and distributing parent's orders a thing of the past, whilst still ensuring the parents are offered a comprehensive and reasonably priced choice of products to buy.

Whilst Parker Franklin can do your school photography for you directly, we are primarily a specialised schools photography lab and we would generally prefer to have one of our client photographers do the photography. Through them we can provide all your schools photography needs, whether it be formal portraits, class or sports groups, staff portraits, family portrait days or even arranging for staging to do whole school or year photographs.

	Benefits of our Flexible Service
	Minimum Administration - relieving your school of all the administration. Dispatch direct to the parents (your school does not have to distribute). More... On-line ordering - Take orders direct by post or on-line (your school does not have to collect orders). Note that no children's images are made available on-line. More... Transparent report on your school commission, with a listing of all the orders received. Proof on the day - order forms with proof images generated on the day; can be given to the students as the photographs are taken. Multiple poses - any number of poses can be quickly taken of each student, giving the parents the best possible choice (we generally find three works best). Parent choice - an extremely flexible choice of packs and products made available to the students' parents. Your school could even specify themselves what they want in the packs. School database - we can provide a disk at the end of the day with small copies of all the images taken. These images are compatible with school databases such as SIMS. More... Complimentary staff photos Local Photographer - your school will not be dealing with a salesman from a faceless company on the other side of the country; they will be dealing with a local professional photographer who will work closely with you to give you exactly the service they want.

	The Photographers
	We have client photographers all across the UK and can recommend one in your area to do your school photography for you. Any photographer that we recommend will be CRB registered, experienced in schools photography and will be a member of at least one professional photography organisation such as the BIPP or SWPP.

	Minimum Administration
	Our software systems have been designed and implemented in house to minimise the administrative headaches associated with schools photography. Our proof on the day system generates proof order forms as the photographs are taken for immediate hand out to the students or parents. The parents can order direct from us by post or on-line.
