Full Service
With our full service Parker Franklin essentially do all the administration for the photographer; you just take the photographs and send them to us. All the orders come direct to us and we print and dispatch them direct to the customer (parent).
  The Service  
 
  • You take the photographs using ProofStation which builds a database.

  • You send the database to us either by post on a CD/DVD or uploaded by FTP (only suitable for smaller events)

  • Orders come direct to us by post or internet. More...

  • If you are using a drop box (the school is collecting the orders), you simply send them on to us and we will do all the data entry (no need to sort them out in any way).

  • Once orders have been printed we dispatch them by Royal Mail direct to the customer.

  • Once a month we give you a report of all the sales for that month and you invoice us for the sales money due to you.

  • All costs (including credit card charges and post) are built into the price. There are no hidden extras.

  • We can even optionally (and for no extra charge) handle payment of the school commission directly for you.

  • You may prefer the PR benefits of handing the commission to the school yourself. Our reports break your sales down by school, making it easy for you to calculate each school's commission.
