This is our lowest cost service, where we essentially just do the printing - the orders are still packed into individual plastic bags with their mounts. You do all the order administration and we dispatch the completed orders in one package to you or the school by courier.
  The Service  
 
  • You take the photographs using ProofStation which builds a database.

  • You send the database to us either by post on a CD/DVD or uploaded by FTP (only suitable for smaller events)

  • You collect the orders and enter them into OrderGen and email the orders CSV file to us.

  • Once all the orders have been printed we dispatch them by courier direct to you or the school.

  • Once a month we give you a report of all the orders for that month and invoice you for the printing.

  • All costs (including the courier) are built into the price. There are no hidden extras.
  
     

  Web Ordering  
 

If you also want to offer web ordering to your customers this can be added with a small surcharge and those orders would be dispatched direct to the customer (parent). These orders will still be included in the monthly report. See our Custom Services and our Ordering Options.

  • We dispatch all the orders by courier direct to you or the school.

  • If you have associated each image with a group (class) in ProofStation the orders will all come already packaged into each class making it easier for the school to distribute.

  • Our unique automatic address and receipt mechanism means that each order will automatically come labeled with the customers name and address (if that information has been provided with the orders).

  • We can even optionally (and for no extra charge) handle payment of the school commission directly for you.

  • You may prefer the PR benefits of handing the commission to the school yourself. Our reports break your sales down by school making it easy for you to calculate each school's commission.
