Filters

There are a number of different filters that allow you to limit what data is being displayed. The table below describes each filter and which views they are available in. To set or clear a filter go to View - Filters and select the appropriate filter. Many of them have shortcut toolbar buttons as shown in the table below. Note that these same filters also affect what data will be included in any reports you generate.

Filter Views Affected Description
By Event Sales Orders Displays only orders for that event and changes the nature of the CSV report generated from this view. Sets the Active Event (see below).
Only Unreported Additional Charges

Retouch Charges

Sales Orders
Only displays those items that have not yet been reported. In the Additional Charges view and the Sales Orders view when not viewing a single event this refers to the monthly sales report sent to you. In Sales Orders view when viewing By Event (see above) this refers to the event host's commission report and is only relevant if Parker Franklin are handling payment of the event host commission directly. If not, then all orders will have the event commission report flagged as done automatically.
Unreported Events Sales Orders This is not relevant when viewing orders for only one event (see above By Event). Only orders for events that have not had a commission report generated will be displayed. This is only relevant if Parker Franklin are handling payment of the event host commission directly. If not, then all events will automatically be flagged as reported.
Date Range Sales Orders Only orders within the specified date range will be displayed. This date range can be set to All (default), Today, This Week, This Month or a specified date range (the start and end dates are inclusive). The date range can be set from the View - Filters sub menu or simply by clicking in the date box in the right hand panel of the program window.

Sales Orders

Displays only those items that were selected (hi lighted) when the filter was activated. The table will be displayed in green as a reminder that you are viewing a restricted set of data. This filter is particularly useful in the Event Statistics and Sales Orders views as any reports generated will only contain those items that have been selected.
Un-packed Only Event Orders

Products
In the Event Orders view, orders will only be displayed if they have not yet been packed. In the Products View the products or packs will only be added into the totals if the orders have not been packed. (This latter is primarily of use in the lab to compare our un-processed orders with our stocks of mounts).
View Products Products Changes the Products view to display products. ie. 10x8, Mug etc.
View Packs Products Changes the Products view to display packs. ie Pack A, Super Pack etc. Notice even the slightest change in the name of a pack will make it register as a different pack in this view.
Orders With Notes Only Event Orders View only order that have text in their notes.

Sales Orders
The current active event is shown in a box in the right hand panel of the program window and also in a box on the status bar at the bottom of the program window. It is automatically set whenever an event is clicked in the Event view or by clicking in the event box in the right hand panel. In the Event Browser view an active event must be set and that is the event that will be browsed. If there is no active event when entering Event Browser view then you will be asked to select one. The Event Orders view will only display orders for the current active event - to see all orders click the All button to the left of the event box. In the Sales orders view the same is true but only when filtering By Event (see above). The Products view will only display products or packs for the current active event - to see all products or packs click the All button to the left of the event box.
