Retouch Charges View

The Retouch Charges view displays information on re-touching charges that have been applied to any images. Double clicking any one entry will bring up full details of the charge.

If we need to do any retouching to any of your images that requires taking them into Photoshop, then our system automatically times the number of seconds taken to do that retouching and applies a charge for that image. Note: this does not include simple colour and density adjustments which we make on all ordered images - there is never any charge for these. This retouching is only ever done on images that have been ordered and should you feel we are doing too much, then just let us know - you can take a look at the images yourself by referring to the image order reference and finding that image (you will obviously only see your un-retouched copy of the image). Note that dirty sensor marks in particular, can often be very hard or impossible to see on screen and we frequently only spot them after they have been printed, necessitating retouching and re-printing - we do not add any charge (currently!) for that reprinting. We are always very grateful if you can keep your sensors clean - one significant bit of dirt on a sensor can cause all sorts of headaches for us as it will appear on every image for an entire event. Dirty sensor marks are a particular problem if you are using a white or any un-patterned backdrop.
