Available in all views.
Although not strictly speaking a filter, the Active Event does behave in a similar way to filters and is explained in the Filters page. It is generally easiest to select the active event by simply clicking in the event window in the right hand panel of the program window.
TIP: In the dialog to select the active event you can start typing any characters in the desired event name and the list of event choices will gradually shrink to only those that match what you have typed.
Available in Event, Event Orders and Sales Orders views.
This will open Windows Explorer on the folder for the related ProofStation event database, allowing quick access to all the images for that event. If the event has multiple photographers you will be asked for the photographer number of the database folder you wish to view.

Allows you to upload thumbnails of your images to the web so they will be visible when customers have entered their order reference number (the customer is also given the option online to have the image removed after they have finished their order). You will be presented with a dialog giving you the following options:
Larger image sizes and/or better quality JPEG compression will result in larger thumbnail image file sizes and so increase the time to upload your thumbnails.
Apart from the time taken, there is no problem with uploading twice if you should change your mind about the settings; the existing thumbnails will simply be overwritten.
