Event View

The event view displays information on each current event. Double clicking any one entry will bring up the full details of the event (see Event Properties). Single clicking an entry will make that event the Active Event (see Filters).

If an event is in an alert state then it will be displayed in colour:

Columns

Header Description
Code The unique event code. This is the code that you enter into ProofStation.
Ready A 'Y' in this column indicates that we have made any necessary colour corrections and the event is ready to be printed as soon as any orders come in
Date The event date
Rep Date The date the event is due to be reported to the hosts. This is only relevant if Parker Franklin are handling payment of the commission to the event hosts.
Report A 'Y' in this column indicates that the event has been reported to the event host for commission purposes. This is only relevant if Parker Franklin are handling payment of the commission to the event hosts, if not then it will always show as reported.
Name The event name. This will not always be the same as the name you have entered into ProofStation; it is not particularly important and can be changed if you wish. However if you are having captions printed with the event name included in those captions then this is the text that will be printed and of course it is then critical that it is correct. If this is the case and it is incorrect then it is vital you let us know as soon as possible.
Event The three digit event code.
Client Your three digit client code.
P'er One digit photographer code (only relevant where there are multiple photographers).
C'sion The commission percentage (of the net amount) to be paid to the event hosts. This is only relevant if Parker Franklin are handling payment of the commission to the event hosts.
PE A 'Y' in this column indicates that we have received the ProofStation database(s) for that event (Photo Event is our internal name for the database). A '*' indicates that the database is overdue.
M The chosen mount type for the event. If this is not the mount type you want for this event it is vital you contact Parker Franklin as soon as possible, so we can correct it. Click Tools - View Mount Types for a listing of the mount types.
RO A 'Y' in this column indicates the event had custom or catalogue reorders enabled.
Service The chosen service type for the event. If this is not the service you want for this event it is vital you contact Parker Franklin as soon as possible, so we can correct it.
Job Type A description of the job type (Portrait, group, SIMS etc.)

Filters

There are no filters available in Event View.
