If you elect to use our budget Return Only service then you will need to handle all payments and enter all order details. However with our free OrderGen software this task is made significantly easier. Simply import the ProofStation database(s) for the job(s) in question scan or enter the image order reference number from the order form and it will automatically link to the right image from the right job, presenting you with the appropriate packs for that job. Now just enter the customer's details – no need to enter their address details if Parker Franklin are not doing the mailing - select what they wish to order (checking that the money provided matches what it should be). It will even print out a simple receipt if you want.
All the entered orders are saved to a CSV file which can then be emailed to Parker Franklin and we will print up the photographs.
