Appendix 5 - ProofLayout

With ProofStation you are not constrained to any one particular layout for your order forms. You can design any layout you wish (as a background JPEG image) and then use the free ProofLayout software to lay each of ProofStation's order form components in the appropriate place on your order form. This information is then saved as a simple text file which is loaded into ProofStation each time you run it.

This structure gives you complete control of the layout of your order forms and makes it easy to change that layout at any time. However, if you prefer, Parker Franklin will be very happy to do all of this for you to your specification.

Features include:

Multiple poses of the same subject on one form. Note: for layout design purposes only, ProofLayout actually uses the same sample image for each pose (as seen above), however when the layout is used by ProofStation Each image printed on the order form will, of course, be a different image.
Different paper formats and orientations including sizes like 8x6 or 7x5 which, combined with something like a Dye Sublimation printer virtually turns ProofStation into your own personal Proof Card printer.
A simple drag and drop and nudge mechanism; making it easy to overlay images, barcodes etc. onto pre-printed order forms.
Optional copyright notice laid over the proof image.
