With PackCoder you can choose any combinations of products you wish, to make up the packs that you will offer your customers (including packs that contain only one product). The information on the organisation, names and prices of these packs is loaded into ProofStation using a Pack Details CSV file. These pack CSV files can either be constructed by Parker Franklin to your specification or you can generate them yourself using our free PackCoder software. It is simple to use and allows you to quickly and easily modify the packs that you are offering to your customers. It will also tell you how much Parker Franklin will charge for printing each pack.
If you are using our web ordering service it is important that exactly the same pack CSV file is upload to that event. It is vitally important that the web site and ProofStation both have exactly the same Pack CSV file loaded for each event, otherwise the ordering process will not work properly. Different events can of course have different Pack CSV's.
